Tyche Spa è una società per azioni costituita nel 2017 dalla Matthews International, società appartenente al Gruppo statunitense Matthews e dalla Società per la Cremazione di Torino, costituita nel 1883. Scopo della nuova società è quello di coniugare le specifiche competenze dei due soci fondatori per fornire, sul mercato italiano ed europeo, un servizio efficiente ed efficace, basato su solidi principi etici e morali, coniugando questi con la miglior tecnologia disponibile. Tyche S.p.A. propone un modo di “pensare” il Cimitero e il Crematorio come luogo di erogazione di un servizio etico e sociale, dove si svolgono attività rituali allo scopo di ricucire la lacerazione del tessuto sociale che la morte di un animale rappresenta. Con Tyche Pet questo stesso approccio viene dedicato al mondo dell’affezione per gli animali domestici, sempre più parte integrante delle famiglie che hanno la fortuna di ospitarli e vivere con loro.
